Burt Bailey Sr

Mr. Burt Bailey Sr., age 69, formerly of Gainesville, GA died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at the Magnolia Manor Nursing Home in Inman, SC. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Dave and Rutha Bailey, and brother, Bill Dave Bailey, and two sisters, Odessa Stephens and Idell Bailey.

Survivors include wife, Mrs. Lillian McIntyre Bailey; one son, Burt Bailey Jr.; one daughter, Valery Bogan both of Spartanburg, SC; one sister, Odell Brooks of Gainesville and one granddaughter, Jasmine Foster and one great-grandson, Nevaeh Blocker of Spartanburg, SC; special nieces and nephew, Mrs. Clara Young, Mrs. Rachel Bailey and Terry Bailey, all of Gainesville, GA ,and a host of relatives and friends.

Family will receive cards, flowers and visitation at the J. W. Woodward Funeral Home, Spartanburg, SC.
