Onie Kilgore Pitman

Onie K. Pitman, 89, of Flowery Branch Ga. died Friday May 14, 2010.



Mrs. Pitman was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church, 5604 Flat Creek Road Gainesville Ga. 30504.



Services will be held on Tuesday May 18, 2010 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Loren Hildebrant officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday May 17, 2010 from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-9pm at the funeral home.



Mrs. Pitman was born in Hall County to the late Frank and Dollie Shore Kilgore.



She worked with her late husband Ed in The Dixie Cream Do-nut shop in Athens, Ga. Upon retiring she moved back to Flowery Branch where she lived the rest of her life.



She is survived by two sons and one daughter. Gary and Mary Pitman of Danielsville, Ga. , Daryl and Tudi Pitman of Spokane Wa., and Gloria and Harvey Rubin of Atlanta Ga. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.



In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the building foundation of Flat Creek Baptist

Church.
