Lucy Davidson Garrett

Mrs. Lucy Davidson Garrett, age 101, of Maysville, GA died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at BJC Nursing Home.

Mrs. Garrett was born in Hall County, GA to the late William Andrew and Mary Elizabeth Porter Davidson.

She was a member of Maysville United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Garrett was preceded in death by her husband, Methel L. Garrett.

Mrs. Garrett is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Thomas Kent of Maysville and Evelyn and Charles Morrison of Commerce; son and daughter-in-law, Talmadge L. and Vivian Garrett.

Funeral services will held Thursday, May 20 at 3 PM, graveside, Center Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Morrison officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from noon until 2:30 PM.
