Ruby Louise Bennett

Ruby Louise Bennett, age 76 of Miami, Oklahoma, formerly of Hall County, passed away on Friday, April 9, 2010 at Osborn Care Center following an extended illness.

Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 11:00 am at Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Bennett was born July 28, 1933 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late Clyde and Pearl (Posten) Smith. She was the owner/operator of a pizza parlor and manager of video store when she lived in Gainesville. Ms. Bennett moved to Miami, Oklahoma in 1997, where she lived until her death. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John Bennett.

Mrs. Bennett is survived by her two sons and their wives, Jerry & Shirley Bennett of Lula and Johnny & Debra Bennett of Miami, OK, her daughter, Joyce Bennett of Miami, OK, her grandchildren, Haley, Johnathan, Lanny, John and Anna, and her great-grandchildren, Austin and Tristan.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, 2030 Memorial Park Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 is in charge of arrangements.
