Jaylyn Jay Anton

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Jaylyn Jay Anton, age 70, of Jefferson, who passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2010. Mrs. Anton, born in Athens, was a daughter of the late, Bill Anglin and Mrs. Bernice Thomas Anglin of Jacksonville, FL. She worked as an insurance biller in the medical field and was a member of Faith Baptist Church. Mrs. Anton was preceded in death by her brother, Thurmond Anglin.
Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband, William Anton of Jefferson. Son and daughter-in-law, Marcus and Carolyn Mason of Jefferson. Daughter and son-in-law, Kris and Bolling DuBose of Jefferson. Sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Carol Anton of Senatobia, MS, Billy and Latricia Anton of Longview, TX, Greg and Jennifer Anton of South Haven, MS. Son, Kenny Anton of Norman, OK. Brothers and sisters, Dena Adams, Harriett Smith, Sandra Davis, Barbara Jasinski, Donald Anglin, and Michael Anglin. 18 grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held 10:00 AM Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Evans Memory Gardens, Jefferson, with Rev. Keith Cudd officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in honor of Mrs. Anton, P.O. Box 234 Jefferson, GA 30549.
