Virginia Ridings Barron

Mrs. Virginia Ridings Barron, age 91 of Cumming, passed away on Tuesday, August 24, 2010. She was a lifelong member of Longstreet Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Barron and son Rick Barron.

Survivors include her daughter, Gail Jarvis of Cumming; daughter-in-law, Janice Barron of Cumming; grandchildren, Lori Ash, Holly Chafin, Pennie West, Denise Babb, Kristy Norris; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Luna Mae Roper of Cumming; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

A Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 27, 2010 at 3:00 pm at Longstreet Baptist Church with Rev. Gerral Richards, Rev. Bobby Padgett and Rev. Sylvester Ridings officiating. Interment will follow in Longstreet Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Thursday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
