Thomas C. Evers

Thomas C. Evers, 64, of Cumming, GA passed away Friday, August 27, 2010. Born in Plant City, FL, he is the son of the late John and Regina Evers.

Mr. Evers relocated to GA from Brandon, FL 15 yrs ago. He served in the U.S. Army and later worked as a Consultant in the Cement Industry. He was a member of the Cumming First United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife; Charlotte Evers of Cumming, GA, son; Brent (LeAnne) Evers of Brandon, FL, son; Chad (Amy) Evers of Cumming, GA, son; Drew (Tanya) Evers of Nashville, TN, son; Noell (April) Bass of Brandon, MS, son; Jeremy (Shelly) Bass of Madison, MS, brother; R. Edward (Jan) Evers, sister; Ida (J.M.) Warren, sister; Dorothy Myers, sister; Helen Jarvis, sister; Paula (Mike) Brogan, sister; Thelma (Stephen) Sherling, 8 grandchildren; PJ, Logan, Catie, Makenna, Sofia, Brennan, Emma, Ethan, with one more on the way, along with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday Aug. 30, 2010 in the Chapel of McDonald and Son Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Rev. John L. Cromartie, Jr. will officiate.
