Thelma Satterfield Richards

Thelma Satterfield Richards, age 81, of Cherokee County, GA., passed away September 24, 2010. Thelma was preceded in death by her parents Virgil and Mattie Satterfield; her brothers H.V., Huebert and Hughey Satterfield.



Survivors include her husband, Weldon ( Buddy) Richards, sister; Wyolene McCleskey, brother and sister in laws; Wayne and Imogene Satterfield, Jimmy and Betty Satterfield, and Thena Mae Satterfield all of Cumming Ga. Walter and Montaree Richards, Lanier and Evelyn Richards, Raymond and Mary Richards, Rev. Gerral and Doris Richards, Willie Mae and Jim Warren, Patsy and Calvin Puckett, Martha and Gary Wilkersen, Rev, James and Bobbie McGaha, Albert and Sarah McGaha, Betty Sue Turner, step children; Rena McGaha Butticaz, Sandra Edwards, Anthony and Kay Richards, Alan and Becky Richards, Terri and Randy Armour, Vicky and Larry Walker, Alex and Kathy Richards and several nieces and nephews also survive.



Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Purcell, Rev. Larry Waddell and Rev. Danny Satterfield officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.



Visitation will be Sunday September 26, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday September 27, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
