David Kenneth (Ken) Holliday

David Kenneth (Ken) Holliday age 79 of Gainesville died Friday October 1, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness. Memorial Services are scheduled for 2 pm Friday October 8, 2010 at the Little-Davenport Chapel with the Rev. Bruce Fields officiating; the family will receive friends from 1 pm till 2 pm the day of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Lung Assoc. of Georgia 2452 Spring Rd. Smyrna, Ga. 30080
Mr. Holliday was born in Maysville, Ga. July 17, 1931, served in Navy from 1948 to 1953, received his MBA in Business from the Univ. of Georgia and his LLB and LLM from John Marshall Law School graduating with honors, was a member of the Georgia Bar Assoc. and had a 32 year career as an Insurance Business Executive with a CPCU Designation.
