Charles Michael "Mike" Bruce,

Charles Michael "Mike" Bruce, age 55, of Buford, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010, following an extended illness. Funeral service will be Friday, October 8, 2010, 10:30 AM, at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel with Rev. Frank Pratt and Kenny Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-9PM. Mike was preceded in death by his Father, Charles M. Bruce, and Mother In-Law, Venice Merck. He is survived by his Wife, Gail Bruce; Mother, Sarah Bruce; Brother & Sister In-Law, Mark & Pat Bruce, all of Buford. Father In-Law, Guss Merck, Stone Mountain; Brother In-Law & Sister in-Law, Earl & Susan Merck, Loganville; and several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, & Nephews.
Mike was a lifelong resident of Buford where he was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
