MARY LOU CLEMENTS BOONE

MARY LOU CLEMENTS BOONE, 78, entered into the presence of her Lord on Sunday, November 7th, after a complicated illness. She lived her entire life with grace and humility, as a faithful servant of the Lord. Mary Lou was a devoted wife, a loving and nurturing mother and grandmother, a cherished friend, and Spirit-filled teacher. She quietly radiated God's unconditional love, making everyone feel uniquely special. She was affectionately known as "Dial-A-Prayer" for those who came to her for encouragement and understanding. She taught the Bible with contagious enthusiasm, which came from her life-long passion for studying to understand God's Word.

She is preceded in death by her husband, S.L. "Spud" Clements, Jr. Her legacy continues through the lives of her adoring five children, Cathy (Lyle) Schroeder of Cumming, GA, Casey (Nancy) Clements of Newnan, GA, Cindy (Ned) Stokes of Cumming, GA, Curtis (Zena) Clements of Fayetteville, GA, and Candace Calderon of Tampa, FL; her brothers Robert Hilton of Casper, WY and Richard Hilton of Goodlettesville, TN; eleven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
