Winifred M. Edwards

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 17, 2010 in the Chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home for Winifred M. Edwards, 85, of Fayetteville, GA., who passed away on December 13, 2010 following an extended illness. Rev. Rick Kiser will officiate. Interment will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Thursday, December 16, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Born in Gainesville, GA she was the daughter of the late Howard Douglas "Bill" and Elsie Rae Edwards. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints of Fayetteville.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Howard Douglas Edwards.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters in law, Mickey and Marie Edwards and John and Jessie Edwards all of Fayetteville; nieces and nephews, Carol, Julia, Wesley and Virgil other relatives and friends.
