Gary Carl Winn,

Gary Carl Winn, age 61 of Buford, Georgia, died Saturday, January 29, 2011, after a brief illness. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern will officiate. The Family will receive friends Monday, January 31, 2011 from 3:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children's Health Care @ Emory University. Mr. Winn was preceded in death by his parents Clifford Winn and Marian Winn, Brother, Cliff Winn; Sister, Carol Verbruggee. Gary is survived by his wife Carol Winn, Buford; Children, Jesse and Brandi Winn, Warner Robbins, Kyle and Emily Winn, Ruskin, FL, Kelly Winn, Buford; Grand Children, Austin, Landon, Trevor, Aubrey; Brother and Sister In-law, Greg and Jamie Winn, Orlando, FL; Sister, Sue Bailey, Riverview, FL; Sister In-law, Karen Winn, Lansing, MI; Father In-law and Mother In-law, Joe and Helen Gale, Brighton, MI; Many In-laws, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins also survive. Mr. Winn was born in Detroit, Michigan and lived in the metro Atlanta area the past 30 years. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran during the Vietnam era. He was employed by AT&T and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast.
