Joseph James Boyd

Joseph James Boyd, age 97, of Cumming, passed away Friday, March 25, 2011.Mr. Boyd was a member of First Baptist Church of Cumming. He is preceded in death his wife, Esther Boyd and daughter, Connie Cross.



Survivors include his daughters, Kathleen B. Johnson of Boca Raton, Fl., Janet B. Huber-Launer of Atlanta; son, Joseph James Boyd Jr. of Nashville, Tn., brother, Douglas T. Boyd; sisters, Velma Freeman and Sue Ubben; several nieces, nephews and other relatives .



Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 28, 2011, at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bob Jolly officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hills Cemetery in Fairburn, Ga. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
