Matthew Joshua Daniels, age 19, of Blairsville, passed away Thursday, June 2, 2011.



Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Donna and Thomas Perry of Dahlonega; dad, Jeff Daniels of Dawsonville; father, Jason Bollenbacher of Calhoun; son, Kamren Lestat Jack Daniels of Blairsville; fiancé, Rose Payne of Blairsville; brothers, Grady Perry of Peoria, IL., Patrick Perry of Camp Pendleton, CA., Brad Daniels of Dahlonega, Michael Perry of Dahlonega, Steve Wehner, Jr. of Summerville; grandparents, Janey Queen of Douglasville, Junior Daniels of Dawsonville, Patricia Mitchell of Blue Ridge, Roger and Joyce Perry of Mulberry, Fl. Jim and Joyce Allison of Dawsonville; great grandmothers, Martha Guthrie of Cumming, Mary Dodd of Alpharetta; several aunts , uncles, other relatives and friends also survive.



Funeral services will be held Monday, June 6, at 4:00 at Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Daniels, Rev. Ronald Barrett, Rev. Ricky Mincey officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
