Mae Parr Carlan

Ivie Funeral Home, Commerce, announces services for Mae Parr Carlan, 79, of Maysville who died on Sunday at the Northridge Medical Center in Commerce.

Born in Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Inez Parr and was the widow of Hoyt Carlan. Survivors include sons, Melvin and Becky Carlan of Maysville and Wesley and Dottie Carlan of Homer; grandson, Jeremy and Angela Carlan; great granddaughter, Savannah Carlan; brother, Harold Parr of Commerce; a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday at 2 PM from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home in Commerce with Rev. Jacob Armour and Rev. Graylon Armour officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6-9 PM.
