Richard Paul Stringer

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home for Richard Paul Stringer, 50, of Dahlonega. The Rev. Dr. William Hutcheson will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Thursday, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.


Born in Hall County on February 7, 1961, he was the son of Paul and Frankie Stringer. He had lived most of his life in Lumpkin County. He was a graduate of Lumpkin County High School and attended North Georgia College for 2 years. He was self employed as a tree cutter.


In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, C. Steven Stringer, nephew, Rhett Stringer, niece Rileigh Stringer, sister-in-law, Melissa Stringer, special friend Jennifer all of Dahlonega.
