Mardelle Rowell McEntire

Mardelle Rowell McEntire, 73, of Gainesville passed away Friday July 22, 2011 at Willow Wood Nursing Home following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held Monday July 25, 2011 at 1:00pm from the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with the Rev. Drewery Loggins officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:00am until funeral hour.

Mrs. McEntire was born October 6, 1937 in Atlanta to the late Henry and Nelle Rowell. She was a graduate of the class of 1956 from Sylvan High School Atlanta, GA. Mrs. McEntire was retired from the Institute of Nuclear Power. She is survived by her husband Donald McEntire of Gainesville, stepbrother Jerry Rainwaters of Fayetteville, stepbrother Joe Rainwaters of Griffin, stepsister Barbara Hemperly of Fayetteville.
