Margie Mae Jennings

Margie Mae Jennings, age 83, of Atlanta, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011. Margie is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rupert Jennings; daughter, Peggy Putnam; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Janice and Leslie Wise of Sharpsburg; sons, Gary Jennings of Atlanta, Wayne Jennings of Conyers; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Bea Henry of Cobb County; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until hour of service at the funeral home.
