Sherry Dianne Blackman Cole

Sherry Dianne Blackman Cole, age 60, of Clarkesville died peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 following an extended illness.

Mrs. Cole was born on March 31, 1951 in Miami Florida. She was a homemaker and enjoyed working in her yard and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Douglas Cole of Clarkesville, and granddaughters Brittany and Briana of Miami, Florida and brother Gary Blackman of Miami, Florida.

Mrs. Coles wishes were to be cremated and no formal services to be held. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial contributions be made to the Sherry D. Cole Memorial Fund, 773 Daniel Road, Demorest, GA 30535, or by calling 706-499-0311.
