Ben Steven Lankford

Mr. Ben Steven Lankford, age 57, of Forsyth County, passed away Friday, October 21, 2011.

He was retired from Plumbers and Steam Fitters, Local #72, of Atlanta, GA. Ben was an avid fisherman who enjoyed his family and friends. He was full of life and had a wonderful sense of humor. Mr. Lankford is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Billie Joe Lankford and brother, Kenneth Lamar Lankford.

Survivors include his wife and their daughter, Sandra Parks Lankford and Marina Leigh Lankford, of Forsyth County; biological daughter and granddaughter Martina Picastelli, and Ella Quinn, of Connecticut; mother, Betty Ann Lankford, of Niceville, FL; sister, Willa Ann Ballantyne, of Niceville, Fl. He also leaves an Aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 29th, at 3:00 P.M. at the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that a donation be made to your church or favorite charity.
