Derrell Thomas Seigler, Sr.

Derrell Thomas Seigler, Sr., age 52, of Demorest, Georgia passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2011.



Mr. Seigler was born in Anderson, South Carolina, on May 21, 1959, to Joan Shaw Seigler, of Pendleton, SC and the late Bennie Thomas "Red" Seigler. He was an avid Star Trek fan, music enthusiast and a very loving father.



In addition to his mother survivors include companion of 13 1/2 years, Carol Ann Rundberg, Demorest, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Jerry Harrison, Dalton, GA; daughter, Brandy Leigh Seigler Tiguila, Doraville, GA; sons, Derrell T. Seigler, Jr., Nashville, TN and Timothy Neese, Lawrenceville, GA; sister, Pamela Harrison, Pendleton, SC; brother and sister-in-law, Randy and Pat Seigler, Hollywood, GA; brother, John Goodwin, NJ; aunt and uncle, Francis and Bill Phillips, Cornelia, GA; 3 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in South Carolina.



Memorial services are scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at the Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, Georgia with Derrell Seigler, Jr. and David Rudeseal officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until the funeral hour.
