Bobby B. Duke

Bobby B. "Bob" Duke, 82, of Loganville passes away Tuesday March 20, 2012 at Walton Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Born August 5, 1929 in Lafayette, Georgia to the late Auburn and Marie Duke, he had lived in Walton County for the past 20 years having moved from Gwinnett County. Mr. Duke retired as an engineer for Hauserman & Associates after 30 years of service. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bertie A. "Bert" Duke, and a brother, Buddy Duke.

Surviving are his children, Susy and Todd Hollaway, Dawsonville, Kyle F. Duke, Winder, Martin Duke, Loganville; eleven grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Howell, Savannah.

At his request, Mr. Duke was cremated and services will be held at a later date.
