Ruth Inez Garrett

Ruth Inez Garrett, age 90, passed away April 23, 2012.

She was a lifelong resident of Forsyth County and a member of Concord Baptist Church. She has been a resident of Chestnut Ridge Nursing Facility for the past 16 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Garrett; parents, Lee and Pearl Garrett Ingram; brother, Elson Ingram; sisters, Beatrice Ingram, Mae Ingram, Clara Cole and Alpha Hatton.



Survivors include her sister, Sue (Bill) Magnus of Cumming; nephews, Billy (Julie) Magnus II of Buford, Jay (Amber) Hatton of Laurel, Montana, Jim Hatton of Kentucky; Jeff Hatton of Kentucky; nieces, Misty Wilson of Dawsonville, Joyce Hatton of Kentucky and other loving relatives and friends.



Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ingram Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Byrd officiating. Interment will follow at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Silver City, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 6 to 9 p.m.
