Verna Mae Buddenhagen

Loving Memory of Verna Mae Buddenhagen, of Flowery Branch, who passed away Thursday, April 26, 2012 following an extended illness. She gave 90 years of love and devotion to all she knew.

Graveside Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012 at Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery in Claxon, Georgia.



Mrs. Buddenhagen was born October 9, 1921 to the late Walt & Pauline Waters of Claxton, Georgia and was married for 20 years to the late Henry L Buddenhagen. She was also preceded in death by son, Carl Brantley Sapp of Savannah.



Survivors include daughters, Pauline Bishop & Edwin Faulkner of Flowery Branch, and Sandra Sapp of Flowery Branch; brother & sister-in-law, Johnny & Loretta Waters of Claxton; sister, Carolyn Robertson of Brooklet; 5 grandchildren, John Harris of Midway, Les & Jan Moore of Gainesville, Teresa Cannon of Gillsville, Billy Bishop of Gillsville, Robert B Bishop of Flowery Branch, & Charles Bishop of Gainesville; 5 great- grandchildren; 8 great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
