Job Leslie Dove

Mr. Job Leslie Dove, age 62, of Carnesville, GA, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 at his home.

Born September 26, 1949 in Hartwell, GA, he was a son of the late Charlie R. and Lillie Mae Cape Dove.

He was a member of Carnesville Church of God and was a retired carpenter. Mr. Dove was chairman of the Hope for the Hungry, served on the pastor's council, and was the church handyman.

Family members include his wife, Barbara Brown Dove; a daughter, LaDeana Dove Deschaine; grandsons, Dillon Culpepper and Orion Deschaine; four brothers, Talmadge, Charles, Jerry and Timothy Dove; a host of brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wynee Edwards and Irel Fabris.

Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Monday, May 21, 2012 at the Carnesville Church of God with the Rev. Gary Ledford and the Rev. Ralph Goss officiating.

Burial will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Johnny Willis officiating at the graveside service.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 2-4 and 6-8 Sunday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope for the Hungry, 10094 Lavonia Road, Carnesville, GA 30521.
