Fannie Lou Pressley

Fannie Lou Pressley age 93 of Gainesville passed away May 25, 2012 in Sumter, S.C. following an extended illness.

Mrs. Pressley was born and raised in Hall County by her parents the late, James and Georgia Moss Wright. She was a resident of Hall County until moving to Sumter, S.C. to live with her daughter. She was of the Baptist Faith and was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Wilburn Pressley, sons, Jim D. Pressley and Rodger J. Pressley, grandchild, Cynthia D. Jordan.

Survivors include, daughter & son in law, JoAnne P. & Gerald Jordan of Sumter, S.C., grandchildren, Gerald Jordan Jr., Kenneth G. Jordan, great grandchildren, Jacolyn D. Terry, Jacob L. Terry, Vance J. Jordan, Shay Jordan, Noah P. Jordan, & Elijah L. Jordan, great great grandchildren, Ty G. Jacobus & Olivia Jordan.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 Saturday May 26, 2012 at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 27, 2012 at the Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Timothy Terry officiating. Burial will follow in White Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.
