Patricia Shields-Wainberg, age 66 of Lula, passed away on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta following a brief illness.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date.
Mrs. Shields-Wainberg was born October 9, 1945 in Miami, Florida to the late Alexander Calhoun Frue and Anne Edwards Frue. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Shields-Wainberg is survived by her husband, Dr. Robert "Rob" H. Wainberg of Lula, father of her children and special friend, David Shields of Lula, daughters, Catherine Ann Shields Carney of Lula and Laura Shields Philips of Gainesville, granddaughter, Anna Catherine Carney of Lula and grandson, Ethan David Philips of Gainesville.
