Lisa Williams Hood

Mrs. Lisa Williams Hood, age 45, of Dahlonega died Aug. 2 at her home.

Lisa was a Forsyth County native who had lived in Lumpkin County for the past nine years. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church on Old Dahlonega Highwayin Lumpkin County.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Hood; sons, Michael Ray Hood and Terry Le Hood; daughters, Christy Payne, Tina White, and Sharon Hood; parents, Glendon and Willie Jean Williams; sister, Glenda Brannon; brothers, Glen Williams and David Williams, all of Dahlonega, GA. A number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Lisa are scheduled for 1 p.m Aug. 4 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega.

Rev. Michael Rollins and Rev. Kenneth Segers will officiate.

Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens in Cumming.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on 3-9 p.m. Aug. 3.
