Nancy Patricia Cason Smith

Nancy Patricia Cason Smith, age 66 of Flowery Branch, passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Ms. Smith was born August 17, 1946 in Gainesville, Georgia to the late George Cason and Janie Beatrice Bennett Hurt. She was disabled and was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Michael Smith.


Ms. Smith is survived by her sons & daughters-in-laws, Steve & Lisa Smith of Flowery Branch and Stacy & Tammy Smith of Gainesville, son, Jerry Smith of Waycross, Georgia, 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, sisters, Sandra Blades of Williamsburg, Virginia, Sally Maney of Gainesville, Sue Broome of Gainesville and Angela McMillan of Carencro, Louisiana.
