Gerald Maddox

Mr. Gerald Maddox, age 65, of Dacula, GA passed away on Monday, October 1, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hoyt and Mildred Maddox. He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Deborah Jean Williams Maddox, Dacula, GA; children, Julie Robertson, Alpharetta, GA, Stacey Moore, Gainesville, GA, Cody Maddox, Dacula, GA, Missy and Matt Payne, Cumming, GA and Michelle and David Standridge, Lawrenceville, GA; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; sisters and brothers-in-law, Patricia and Clint Dunaway, Buford, GA, Sherry and Danny Smith, Buford, GA and Sandra and Ricky Parker, Hoschton, GA; brother, Billy Maddox, Loganville, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mr. Maddox was born April 14, 1947 in Buford, GA. He was a 1965 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Suwanee, GA. He was retired from Nash Chevrolet Company in Lawrenceville, GA. He was a member of the Buford Church of God. Memorial service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
