Betty Jo Wetherington

Mrs. Betty Jo Wetherington, age 84, of Dacula, GA and formerly of Lakeland, FL passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Robert Wetherington and Chester Lee Kilgore.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and John Hebb, Dacula, GA and Brenda and Lamar Wooley, Germantown, MD; son and daughter-in-law, Burnard and Virginia Kilgore, Cincinnati, OH; three grandchildren, Christopher Wooley, Benjamin Kilgore and Josh Kilgore; and two great granddaughters, Natasha Wooley and Evelyn Wooley.

Mrs. Wetherington was born October 20, 1928 in Douglas, GA. She lived in Lakeland, FL in the Medulla Community for seventy-five years. She was retired from Publix of Lakeland, FL. She was of the Baptist Faith.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Chaplain Jamie Kaufman officiating. Interment and Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Lakeland Memorial Gardens in Lakeland, FL.

The family will receive friends at the Flanigan Funeral Home on Friday afternoon from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
