Willie Winfred Wilson

Mr. Willie Winfred Wilson, age 82 of Commerce died Friday, November 9, 2012 at St. Mary's Hospice House. Mr. Wilson was born in Commerce to the late, Clifford "Tip" and Grace Bernice Woodall Wilson. Mr. Wilson was retired from Lockheed and was a member of Madison Street Baptist Church, I.E.M, and was a US Army Veteran in the Korean War.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Mary Odessa Tolbert Wilson of Commerce; sons, Dwaine Wilson of Commerce and Darren Wilson of Cleveland; brother, Leon Wilson of Commerce; sisters, Vivian Poe and Geraldine Bruce both of Commerce; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Monday, Nov. 12 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Waller and Rev. Donald Wilson officiating with the interment following in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday two hours prior to the funeral.
