Thomas Anthony "Tony" Spears

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Thomas Anthony "Tony" Spears, age 55, of Maysville, who passed away Monday, November 19, 2012.

Mr. Spears was born in Gadsden, Al, a son to Ralph Thomas Spears and Mildred DeLois Smith Spears of Maysville. Mr. Spears was a Welder and his brother, Ted Andrew Spears and grandson, Nicholas Anthony Spears, preceded him in death.

Survivors include wife, Linda Spears Maysville, children, Angela Jarrard, Jefferson, Anthony John Thomas Spears, Maysville, Jonathon Ian Thomas, Watkinsville, Michael Phillips, Jefferson, parents, Ralph and Mildred Spears, Maysville, sisters, Sherry Conwell, Commerce, Shelley Bunn, Lula, Becky Spears, Homer, 11 grandchildren and many adopted children and grandchildren.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home . The family will receive friends on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 from 1-3pm at the funeral home, prior to the service.
