William Jack Voyles

Mr. William Jack Voyles, age 85, of Murrayville, GA (Lumpkin County) died November 16, 2012.

Mr. Voyles was born in Anderson, SC August 3, 1927. He had lived in Lumpkin County since 2001. He was a retired chemical engineer with U.S. Steel in Chicago. Jack was a WWII Navy veteran and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Voyles; children, Patricia Ann Gillham and Kathy Jo Kauffman. 4 grandchildren and a number of other relatives also survive.

A memorial service is scheduled for 4 PM Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega.

Rev. J.R. Fields will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega on Saturday 30 minutes prior to the memorial service and immediately following the service.
