Louise Yarbrough Johnson

Mrs. Louise Yarbrough Johnson, age 84, of Clarkesville passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at The Oaks at Limestone, following an extended illness.



A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.



Mrs. Johnson was born December 18, 1928 to the late Roy C. & Martha Cleo Harvey in Beckley, West Virginia. She was previously married to Marion M. Yarbrough for 57 years. Mrs. Johnson retired from Phil Elliott Attorney at Law where she was a Legal Secretary. She was a member of Clarkesville First United Methodist Church in Habersham County; former member of Order of the Eastern Star in Beckley, West Virginia; past President of Legal Secretaries in Volusia County, Florida; and a former member of Daytona Beach First Baptist Church.



Survivors include: husband, Robert L. Johnson of Flowery Branch; son & daughter-in-law, Rick & Vera Yarbrough of Flowery Branch; daughter, Lee Ayres of Flowery Branch; 4 grandchildren, Angie Miller, Lisa Allen, Lori Sargent & Jeremy Yarbrough; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces & nephews.



In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia, 2150 Limestone Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501.
