Winfred "Wink" Cagle

Mr. Winfred "Wink" Cagle, 66, of Cumming passed away on Wednesday, December, 26, 2012.

Born on November 2, 1946 in Macon, GA., he was the son of the late Winfred D and Sue Hughes Cagle. He was a Vietnam Veteran, having received the National Defense Service Medal, Sharpshooter (M-16), Expert (M-60), Combat Infantryman Badge (1st Award), Vietnam Service Medal w/1 Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/Device 1960 and Purple Heart.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Jean Bates Cagle; and brother, Eddie Cagle.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Cassie and Wilson Shoemaker and their children, Abby Shoemaker, Grayson Shoemaker; step daughter and husband, Jenna and Shawn Fuller and their child, Kayla Fuller; step daughter, Katie Dunagan and her daughter Lily.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2012, in the chapel of Mason & Ward Funeral Home. Dr. Kent Barrett will officiate.
