Rocky Lowe

Rocky Lowe, age 57, of Dahlonega, GA, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 following a sudden illness.

Rocky was a lifelong resident of Lumpkin County, and a retired self-employed construction worker. He had a passion for hunting and archery, fishing, playing cards, and softball; and at times had coached his own softball team.

Mr. Lowe was the son of the late Beatrice Lowe, and was also preceded in death by his wife, Robbie Passmore Lowe.

He is survived by his son, Vincent Lowe, Lawton, OK; daughter, Elizabeth Lowe, Dahlonega, GA; and granddaughter, Gauge Goebel. Several aunts and uncles, and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services for Rocky are scheduled for 6:00 PM Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega, GA.

Pastor Alan Passmore will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega from 2 PM until 6 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2013.
