Angelean Young

Angelean Young was born on October 4, 1935, in Jefferson, Georgia to the late Luther Williams Sr and Mattie Mae Morris Williams.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Elizabeth Gilmer, Edith Brown and Louvonia Casey; brothers, Luther Williams Jr., Garrie Love Williams, Milford Williams and John Williams; stepmother, Mrs Gaynell Williams .

Angelean Young a life-long resident of Hall County who was known and loved my many. She joined Cross Plain Baptist Church at an early age, and attended the Mt. Zion School. She worked for Georgia Broiler and Con Agra Poultry Company for 30 plus years and retired on 10/3/1997.

Angelean peacefully transitioned from this earthly life on February 7, 2013 with her family at her side, after fighting a year long battle with congestive heart failure.

She leaves to Cherish her memories, her sons, Stanley (Carol) Young of Raleigh, NC; Kevin Young of Gainesville, GA; daughters, Patricia, Arnishia Michelle, five sisters, Laura Branch of Longview, Texas, Elzonia Williams, Ms. Mattie Borders, Mrs Joyce (Robert) Lott and Annie Nell Benjamin (Harold) all of Gainesville, Georgia; two brothers, Mr. Albert (Patricia) Williams and Mr. Lloyd (Michelle) Williams, all of Gainesville, Georgia; sister-in-law, Ms. Polly Williams of Gainesville; seven grandchildren, Terica Branch of Suwanee, Ga, Pamesha (Garrison) Cunningham of Dacula, Ga, Trevor Ross of Gainesville, Tahala Young of Gainesville, Ga, Takiyah Young of Gainesville, Ga, Angel Young/ Jordan Young of Raleigh, NC. two great-grandchildren, Parris Cunningham and Harmoni Millsap, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Wake Services will be held on Wednesday Feb 13, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Wimberly & Jackson Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday February 14,2013 at 1pm at Cross Plains Baptist Church.
