Leonard (Bud) Wesley Davis

Mr. Leonard (Bud) Wesley Davis age 67 of Cleveland passed away Saturday February 23, 2013 at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. Davis was born in Lumpkin County the son of the late Homer and Mary Lou Pruitt Davis. He was preceded in death by brothers, Doug Davis and Dudley Davis. Mr. Davis was a truck driver for Chandler Concrete Company.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Davis, Cleveland; daughter, Challie Davis, Cleveland; son and daughter in law, Joshua and Melissa Davis, Cleveland; grandchildren, Mackenzie Collins, Wesley Davis, both of Cleveland; sisters, Joan Martin, Christine Moss, both of Cleveland; sisters and brothers in law, Diane and Ronnie Ellis, Cleveland, Joyce and Jack Fortner, Dahlonega; brother and sister in law, Glad and Hazel Davis, Dahlonega; brother, Kenneth Pruitt, Dahlonega.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday February 25, 2013 at Antioch Baptist Church. The Rev. Ronnie Dockery and the Rev. Cotton Harris will officiate. Interment will be at the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 3-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
