Fannie Juanelle Whitehurst

Mrs. Fannie Juanelle Whitehurst, 82 of Braselton died Monday February 25, 2013 at her residence.



Born in Douglas, Georgia, Mrs. Whitehurst was the daughter of the late Wright and Maybelle Vickers Pope. She had lived in Braselton for the last 5 years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Walnut Fork Baptist Church.



Survivors include her sons, Richard Slade, Braselton and C.W. Slade, Nashville, Tennessee; daughter, Patricia Futural, Savannah; brothers, Lonnie Pope, Gainesville; George Pope, Braselton; grand-daughter, Rhonda K. Browne, Pompono Beach, Florida; great grandson, Jonathon Chase Slade, Braselton.



Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday March 9, 2013 at the Walnut Fork Baptist Church.



In lieu of flowers the family has asked that memorial contributions be made to the Walnut Fork Baptist Church, 557 Highway 60, Hoschton, Georgia, 30548.
