Wanda Ilene Wilson

Mrs. Wanda Ilene Wilson, age 75, of Commerce, GA died Friday, August 9, 2013 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Wilson was born in Modesto, IL to the late Lester and Flossie Hart Grinkey. She was a member of Grove Level Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, James Wilson of Commerce; daughters and sons-in-law, Vicki and Brad Wilson of Commerce and Jody and Trey Gilham of Columbia, SC; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Julie Wilson of Flintstone, GA; brothers, Delmar Grinkey of IL, Gerald Grinkey of WI and Donnie Grinkey of Jacksonville, IL; grandchildren, Burch, Luke, Blake (Shae), Nathan (Leah), Emma, Ben and Wil; and great-grandchildren, Kaisyn, Lauren and Lily Kate.

Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Monday, August 12 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Wilson and Rev. John Wood officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 5 to 7 PM. Serving as pallbearers will be the following: son, Rick Wilson; sons-in-law, Trey Gilham and Brad Wilson; and grandsons, Burch Wilson, Blake Wilson and Nathan Wilson.
