Lois Conner Sullens

Lois Conner Sullens, 91 of Murrayville, GA passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at New Horizons Assisted Living, Gainesville, GA. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved to cook and take care of her of grandchildren. She was a avid gardener who loved to can vegetables. She was a lifelong resident of Murrayville and was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stuard Sullens; parents, D.C. and Dovie Hughes Conner; sister and brother-in-law, Valerie and Ralph Farr.

She is survived by her children, Claudine and Glendon Jones, of Murrayville, GA, Bruce and Joyce Sullens of Dahlonega, GA, Melinda and Bert McCumber of Murrayville, GA; grandchildren, Scott and Gina Jones, Sharon and Brad Head, Timothy and Lisa Sullens, Jason and Amy Sullens, Clint and Lyndsey Freeland; great grandchildren, Jennifer and Jonathan Martin, Stephanie and Daniel Davis, Logan Head, Claudia Head, Hannah and Savanna Sullens, Coleman, Emily and Audrey Sullens, and Jack Dorsey Freeland; sisters and brother-in-laws, Irene and Edward Anderson, Bobbie and L.G. Mullinax; brother, Glen Conner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Olive Baptist Church with the Reverends, Michael Rodgers, David Skinner and Larry Watkins officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
