Mrs. Reba Mazzell Hill age 83 of Lula passed away Friday August 23, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.


Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday August 25, 2013 at 3:30p.m in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with internment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Doug Carnes and Jerry Hill will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday August 23, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday August 24, 2013 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Hill was born on March 16, 1930 in Cumming, Ga to the late Emory Carnes and Eula Whitmire Carnes. She was a retired Cosmologist and was a member of Community Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughters, Janet Shope and Jean Lance.

Mrs. Hill is survived by her husband, Grady Hill of Lula, son, Ricky Hill of Gainesville, granddaughters, Jenny Tanner of Flowery Branch, Sherry Millwood of Gainesville, granddaughter and husband, Marie and J.J. Ellis of Gainesville, grandson and wife, Scott and Missie Davidson of Alto, grandson and wife, Mike and Betty Lance of Gainesville, grandson, Brian Hill of Gainesville, great-grandsons, Josh Davidson, Austin Millwood, Cohen Millwood, great-granddaughters, Kadi Hodge, Kaylie Tanner, Emily Lance, Allison Millwood, Megan Tanner, great great-granddaughter, Bristol Davidson, brother, Shirley Carnes of Gainesville, sister, Rutha-Lee White of Gainesville.
