Bonnie Mills

Bonnie Mills, age 77, a native and lifelong resident of Forsyth County, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2013. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Bonnie and her husband, Billy served Forsyth County in the family restaurant business for 43 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and sister-in-law. She had a love for people and enjoyed talking with everyone she met. During Bonnie's battle with cancer, she served as an inspiration to many sharing with them how her life was in the Good Lord's hands. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Mills; parents, Joel and Ola Mae Yarbrough; and infant brother, Vernie Yarbrough.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Danny Padgett of Washington, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Ricky and Debbie Mills of Cumming; grandchildren, Danielle (Bradley) Cox of Canton, Nicholas (Robin) Padgett of Dawsonville, Tiffany (Wesley) Mills of Jasper, Chad Mills of Cumming; great grandchildren, Katie and Andy Cox, Nolen and William Padgett; great grandbaby to be, Bryce; sisters, Vera Cowart, Eula Mae Stancil; sister-in-laws, Lucille Hamby, Colleen (Clifton) Bobo, Paulette (Mark) Grant, Bernice Mills; special friends, Yvonne Smallwood, Nathaniel and Vivian Handsard; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 17th at 2:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Pete Martin, Rev. Tommy Estes, Rev. Danny Orr, and Rev. Donnie Nix officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Sunday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Monday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Tuesday from 9:00 am until hour of the service.
