Carol Elizabeth Spears

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Carol Elizabeth Spears, age 64, of Baldwin. Ms. Spears passed away Monday, October 7, 2013. A celebration of Carol's life will take place 11:00am Saturday, October 12, 2013 in the funeral home chapel.

Carol was born November 23, 1948 in Copperhill, Tennessee to Ralph Carl Dale and Beuna Forrest Boring. Ms. Spears was an employee of Delta Airlines for nine years before retiring in 2006. She then gained employment with FAA and retired in 2012. She is preceded in death by her father, Ralph Carl Dale.

Carol is survived by her mother, Beuna Forrest Dale; son, Deke Spears and daughter, Hilary Taylor of the Atlanta area; daughter and son in law Michelle and Hoyt Dockery, of Demorest; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Jayne Dale, of Clermont, and Len and Denise Dale, of Clermont; sisters and brothers-in-law, Arlene and Butch Stells, and Robin and Tony Hulsey. Ms. Spears is also survived by seven grandchildren.

The Family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00am until the service at 11:00am.
