William Russell McClendon

William Russell McClendon, age 34, of Flowery Branch, GA, passed away Friday, October 11, 2013.

Russell was born January 23, 1979 in Jackson, MS, son of Wallace Malcolm McClendon, Jr. and Linda (Crawford) McClendon of Flowery Branch. Russell was a husband, son and father of 4 children. He adored his children and loved spending time with them. He was a spirited, talented man who never met a stranger. His passion for cooking led him to a successful career as a chef.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah Marie McClendon of Flowery Branch; his parents; children, Anna, Abigail, Heidi and Stephen McClendon; brother, Alexander Robert McClendon of Athens; brother and sister-in-law, Paul Duncan and Jenny McClendon of Silver Spring, MD.
