Faye L. Christopher

Faye L. Christopher, 67, of Dawsonville, GA died on November 4, 2013 at Northside Hospital Forsyth. Born in Pisgah, AL she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Ellen Lambert.

Faye retired from Georgia Cares and had also worked at the Dahlonega Nugget. She was an avid gardener and loved to go to "far away" places. She was a member of War Hill Christian Fellowship Church.

She is survived by her husband, John Christopher of Dawsonville, GA; son, William Smith of Montgomery, AL; daughter, Joy Welter of Dahlonega, GA; stepson, Jason Christopher of Oxford, GA; much-loved granddaughter, Sophia Welter; and a loving extended family.

In Georgia a Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at War Hill Christian Fellowship in Dawsonville, GA.

In Alabama, a Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, November 11, 2013 at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery in Pisgah, AL.
