Richard Nicholas Willis

Richard Nicholas Willis, age 65, of Cumming, Georgia died November 12, 2013. Born in Shreveport, LA, Richard was a Vietnam veteran who served as Platoon Sergeant in the Army from 1969-1971. Then, over a career that included 20 years with Halliburton Services and more than 20 years as an industrial services consultant, his work took him all over the U.S. and to international projects in Russia, Kuwait, Nigeria, Vietnam, Wales, Germany, and Mexico.

He was the son of the late Joseph Noel Willis and Asielee Becks Willis. He is survived by his wife, Roberta Patey Willis; his brother, Joe (Gloria) Willis of Shreveport, LA; his sister, Barbara Raye of Waco, GA; and sisters-in-law, Patrecia (John) Zebrowski of Cumberland, RI, and Camellia Patey of Buffalo Grove, IL.
