Reba Ann Neal Carter

Reba Ann Neal Carter, age 67 of 631 Carolina Drive, Toccoa, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

A daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Carson Neal, she was born April 20, 1946 in Stephens County, Georgia where she lived all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Neal, by two sons, Paul Jeffrey Carter and Christopher Neal Carter and by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Candler and Myrtle Carter.

Survivors include her husband of the home, Royce Carter; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Milton Neal and Robert and Shirley Neal both of Toccoa, Georgia and Fred and Janice Neal of Westminster, South Carolina; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Betty Carter of Toccoa, Georgia.

Funeral services will be Sunday, December 1, 2 O'clock PM at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church with the Reverend John Thomas and Mr. Barry Adams officiating. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Charles Wells, Doug Carter, Al Carter, Clay Carter, Terry Lunsford and Shannon Williams.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Interment will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery with Reba Ann Neal Carterin charge of arrangements for Mrs. Reba Ann Neal Carter.
